Most recently, Mike served in a management capacity at Automatic Data Processing, Inc., providing support and service to HRIS clients. Previous roles included training, compensation, OSHA compliance, recruitment, and performance management responsibilities.

Mike has a passion for bringing faith into the workplace and helping others see that Christ speaks uniquely into each person's life and in every area of that life. Mike enjoys leading Bible/book studies at home and at work and loves to read history books and play guitar in his leisure time. He is happily married to his wife, Kathy, and treasures the company of his two sons, Ryan and James.
