Background

Michael Zigarelli is the Dean of the Regent University School of Business. His research in the fields of management, practical theology, law, and ethics has appeared in a number of scholarly journals and magazines, and he is the author of several books, including The Minister's MBA, Cultivating Christian Character, Ordinary People Extraordinary Leaders, Faith at Work, and Management by Proverbs. His work is read worldwide, having been translated into Chinese, Spanish, Korean, Portuguese, Swahili, Norwegian, Romanian, and Arabic. Dr. Zigarelli has also appeared on dozens of Christian radio broadcasts and has been interviewed by The New York Times, Time Magazine, The Washington Post, and ABC's World News Tonight.

Dr. Zigarelli is the founding editor of Regent Business Review, a magazine with subscribers in 74 countries, and the creator of Christianity9to5.org and Assess-Yourself.org. He lives in Virginia with his wife Tara and their four children.
